Colores de Catalonia is a traditional Spanish masia that was fully refurbished in 2017, comprising the main house and a guest annexe. Light stone walls with soft round arches create a delightful impression from the moment you arrive.

Inside, one spacious and inviting room leads to another, with a large, sunlit living area, seven bedrooms and pleasant bathrooms. The property’s chic rustic charm is enhanced by a sophisticated selection of up-to-the-minute furnishings and a calming atmosphere reigns throughout. This property is fully air-conditioned.

Outside, everything has been designed for outdoor living, with a private pool flanked with sunbeds and a superbly-equipped summer kitchen for a luxury al fresco dining experience; choose from the long dining table under the archway, easy family meals in the cool of the veranda, or a stone table for eight on the paved terrace. All set in 10,000 m² of private grounds with unobstructed views and total tranquility.

This Spanish rental villa is located between Girona and the Costa Brava, ideally situated for exploring a region that has something for everyone. Start at the Terracotta museum in Bisbal d’Emporada and perhaps attend a workshop – ceramic art is very typical of the region and the museum is located in an old factory. Next, visit some of the picturesque hilltop villages. The mediaeval villages of Pals, Cruilles and Monells in particular are worth seeing. And, while you’re on the history trail, another sight to see is the archaeology site in Ullastret.

As your villa is only fifteen kilometres from the beach, why not cool down by the coast ? Perfect for a quick dip or a spot of water sports.

If you happen to be around on the third weekend in July, then you won’t want to miss the Firc de Circ al Carrer circus festival in Bisbal d'Emporda. It’s an important event for circus fanatics from around the world.

Friday is market day in Bisbal d'Emporda and an excellent opportunity to pick up some of the local delicacies to eat back at your villa. Alternatively, let someone else do the cooking and dine out. With a good selection of Spanish tapas, Indian and gourmet cuisine on offer, you’re sure to keep everybody happy.
