Sublime Moraira is an ideally located luxury rental villa on the Costa Blanca; flanked by parkland on one side and sandy shores below, great views and privacy are guaranteed. This luxury five-bedroom property is set over four floors and has a lift. The interior is stylishly low-key. White walls, gentle curves and exposed beams give the villa an unmistakeably Mediterranean feel, while generous glass facades let the light and warmth flood in. Outside you’ll be greeted by the sound of birdsong and lapping waves and treated to fabulous views of the sparkling sea by day and twinkling lights across the bay by night. The nearby village is within easy walking distance and has a harbour, three restaurants and all amenities. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a heated pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. A private path leads straight down to the sea, although access to the beach is safer for young children by the road and only takes a few minutes.

Water activities of your choice at your fingertips

This luxury beachfront villa is situated an old fishing village between Alicante and Valencia, on an 8 km stretch of sandy beaches, romantic coves and crystal-clear waters. Water sports include paddle boarding, water skiing, diving, windsurfing and kitesurfing. There are three golf courses nearby, and a great choice of hiking trails through the nearby Penyal d’Ifac and Montgo nature reserves. Many authentic Spanish towns and villages are also within easy reach and worth a visit: Benissa, Gata de Gorgos and Javea are within a 20 km radius, while Altea and Villajoyosa are slightly further afield but worth the trip. Head to Guadalest to visit the fortress castle and the spectacular Algar waterfalls, or the vibrant holiday town of Alicante for a culture fix at museums and monuments as well as its buzzing nightlife.

This property can comfortably accommodate two families or four couples.

Housekeeping is included five days a week. A private chef can be arranged upon request (not included in the cost).

Important: the pool at this villa does not have a security system as they are not required by Spanish law.
