The pool, with its atypical shape, is set in the garden, which is sheltered from view and beautifully landscaped with pine, palm and bougainvillea trees. The exterior doesn't stop there. This house, designed to be lived in as well as outside, also has a large roof terrace accessible from the upper level, so you can once again enjoy the uninterrupted view. 

Relax in one of the deckchairs provided, close your eyes and feel the sea breeze coming your way! 

Costa Brava, house to rent with pool by the sea

Designed on several levels like many of the villas on the Costa Brava, this one stands out for its ideal location, at the end of a quiet, protected cul-de-sac.

The main living areas are located on the middle level and comprise a large lounge and adjoining kitchen.
The decor and furnishings have been chosen with taste. The jute carpets and light wood furniture blend naturally into the space, which boasts large white bay windows that give an infinite view of the sea. There is a dining table for 8 people. 

The large sofa has been cleverly positioned to face the view so you can enjoy every moment of it. A balcony runs the length of the room, allowing you to admire the sea from outside. 
The cream-coloured kitchen, located next to the living room, is large and very functional. The exposed stone walls give this room a warm ambience that makes you want to cook and hang out.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor. They are cosy and well-equipped, with sea views. For even greater comfort, they each have their own en suite bathroom with shower and bath. The colourful bathrooms add a touch of retro fantasy to this villa, which has adapted to modern comforts. 

Spectacular views over the Mediterranean 

The upper level has the privilege of access to the roof terrace with a bedroom and small lounge, plus a kitchenette for even more independence. The horizon beckons for unique moments of relaxation.

The 3 other bedrooms are on the top floor, the lower level. 

Finally, a spacious games room with pool table and table football completes this floor. The charm is once again found in the well-restored exposed stone wall. From here, you'll have access to the garden and pool area, so you can switch from indoor to outdoor leisure pursuits.

Beaches and relaxation on the Costa Brava

This destination is of course famous for its many postcard-perfect beaches and coves.  Right at your feet, one of the region's most beautiful beaches awaits you, with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. There's no need to take the car, just walk down the small path alongside the villa and you're there! 
If you're curious, don't hesitate to discover the multitude of other beaches that exist, some better known than others and some less popular than others: Platja de Fornells and its fishing village, Platja d'Aiguablava, Aigua Xelida, Tamariu, ...

Cultural visits: picturesque towns and villages in Catalonia

The Costa Brava is packed with tourist towns that are well worth a visit. The medieval city of Girona is a real attraction, with its historic quarter, cathedral and Rambla de la Libertat. And don't miss out on the gastronomic delights, with its many restaurants, including one with three Michelin stars.

The villages along the coast also have plenty to offer. Less than 20 km away, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the villages of Pals, Perratallada and Palafrugell, and walk part of the Cami de Ronda. This 43 km coastal path offers spectacular views and is equally suited to experienced hikers and casual walkers.
