Situated in a quiet hillside neighbourhood just a short walk from white sandy beaches, this luxury villa is ideal for group holidays. There are four bedrooms, each with a private terrace where you can admire the view from either side of the property. Two of the bedrooms have two double beds which are particularly suited to families or for a dorm atmosphere for children.

The downstairs living room and the upstairs suite above it have large corner windows with mesmerising views of the greenery outside and the bay just beyond. The layout has been designed for seamless transition from inside to out, perfect for the Spanish lifestyle.

The kitchen opens onto two covered outdoor dining areas where guests can enjoy leisurely and indulgent meals together. There is also a barbecue.

The natural tones and materials used throughout the villa are soothing and harmonious; wood and wicker furniture, white cushions and pale stone provide a feeling of spaciousness and understated luxury. A haven of tranquility in contrast with the bustling village below.

Costa Blanca Dream has a rooftop terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. Where better to gather with friends in the evening to watch the sun go down? Just below is a  triangular shaped swimming pool that creates the dizzying sensation of being poised above the sea. The pool can be heated at guests’ request for an additional charge.

Settle in for your luxury holiday on the Costa Blanca

This luxurious villa is situated within walking distance of a small seaside resort. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. While you have everything you could wish for at the villa, it’s worth strolling down to the sea to enjoy a spot of paddle boarding, water skiing, diving, windsurfing or kitesurfing.

Golfers will appreciate the three reputed golf clubs that lie within a 10-50 km radius, while nature lovers and walkers will enjoy the plentiful array of hiking trails in the Peñón de Ifach and Montgó natural parks.

Your stay on the Costa Blanca is a great opportunity to visit this area of Spain. For an authentic experience, head to the nearby towns of Benissa, Gata de Gorgos, and Jávea which are all within 20 km. Venturing a little further, Villajoyosa and Altea are also worth a visit.

Calpe (15km) is popular for its colourful old town and also home to the reputed Peñón de Ifach natural park.

Alternatively, take the road – and your camera – and head towards the town of Guadalest for a day of stunning scenery. Visit the fortress and stop off by the lake and Algar waterfalls on the way.

If it’s city life you’re after, why not drive out to Alicante, a few hundred kilometres away, where you'll find museums, monuments and a lively nightlife.
