The exterior blends into the Breton countryside with its sloping, black slate roof, its white walls and blue shutters. The garden is also decorated with granite rocks and shale posts which are typical of the region. The surrounding countryside and the colours are undeniably Breton, changing throughout the day and with the flow of the tide. 

Holiday rental with a garden and direct beach access

The interior is more unexpected, with a modern style. The lightness of the furniture adds a designer touch and when you combine that with the extension with wall-wall windows, you have an unobstructed view of the garden and the sea. The ground floor consists of a large living area divided into several areas: open-plan kitchen, small dining area or a large dining room, lounge with a television. The lounge area opens fully onto the garden so you can easily enjoy the inside as well as the outside.  The view on offer from the entire ground floor is absolutely fabulous and the beautiful 2500m2 garden is a private area, sheltered from onlookers and the wind, between your holiday home and the beach. You can access the beautiful fine sandy beach via a small gate. You’re just a few steps away! Depending on the direction of the wind and the swell you’ll be able to enjoy watching surfers from the bottom of your garden, or even try it yourself.

The upstairs levels are dedicated to the bedrooms which are more classic, colourful, and above all, they all have sea view. Five double bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom and two shower rooms to be shared can accommodate 1 or 2 families. All bedrooms have a television. 

A very well located holiday villa

The surroundings of this beautiful holiday home with a sea view are natural, untouched, but full of life. The villa is located around 900 metres from a small, charming and lively harbour which can be reached on foot. All your needs are met, shops, restaurants, tourism office, sports equipment (tennis courts, bike rental...) Water sports have a strong presence with the sailing school 800 metres away and two surfing clubs. Surfing is even practised on the beach accessible from the villa, which can be very practical in terms of logistics.

Also in the vicinity of the villa, a spa offers Breton seaweed treatments or many others depending on your desires.

Finally, a wild and varied coast is waiting for you once you leave the villa, from the Morlaix bay to the Pointe de Primel or to Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec sites on the Pink Granite Coast. You’re villa rests between Finistère and Côtes d’Armor. The towns of Morlaix, Lannion, Perros-Guirec are worth a visit. Don't forget about the islands, Batz and Bréhat in particular for a total change of scenery.
