A prestigious estate near Carcassonne

Elegance, nature and the art of living in Carcassonne

Just a fifteen-minute walk from the famous Medieval City of Carcassonne, this magnificent 900 m² Languedoc manor house stands at the heart of a nine-hectare wine estate. Fully air-conditioned and designed to accommodate up to 27 guests, it harmoniously combines refinement, modern comfort and authenticity.
Born from a family story and lovingly restored, this property is more than a rental — it is a home filled with soul, where every object tells a story and every detail carries emotion.

The perfect balance of luxury and warmth

The house unfolds around a spacious, light-filled living room with generous volumes, ideal for gathering with family or friends. Bathed in sunlight through the glass roof, this space exudes warmth — its red walls and bird fresco echoing the lush greenery of the park.
It invites relaxation by the grand fireplace or lively evenings shared among guests.

The impressive 80 m² kitchen is the beating heart of the house — as elegant as it is functional. Fully equipped to meet the needs of gourmet cooks and professional chefs alike, it opens on one side to the park and on the other to the Corbières hills. Its vast central island and modular dining tables can seat up to 27 guests, perfect for family dinners or private events in a bright, convivial setting.

Living areas are complemented by a multimedia TV lounge — a cozy retreat equipped with a home cinema and a well-stocked library.

Exceptional bedrooms for a stay of charm and character

Spread across three levels, the estate’s 11 bedrooms each offer a unique atmosphere, balancing classic charm with contemporary design. All feature premium bedding and refined décor.

The ground-floor master suite combines comfort and elegance, with a king-size bed, dressing room, and a Carrara marble bathroom featuring a bathtub and panoramic double shower. A private terrace overlooks the century-old park for a touch of serenity.

Upstairs, other suites reveal their own character — ornate moldings, frescoes, sloped ceilings, tapestries, sunny balconies, and views of the Corbières hills or the Medieval City.
Two dormitory-style rooms welcome children in a fun and colorful universe, perfect for large families. Finally, the top-floor bedroom, tucked under the eaves, charms with its rooftop terrace offering almost 360° views of the estate and surrounding hills — a truly romantic hideaway.

Indoor and outdoor pools: relaxation and well-being all year round

This unique property features two swimming pools for everyone’s enjoyment.

The heated indoor pool, located in the estate’s former wine cellar, retains the authentic charm of the space. Surrounded by original wine vats and flooded with natural light, it includes a jacuzzi bench, counter-current swimming system, and an aquabike — ideal for both relaxation and fitness, in any season.

Outside, the second pool bordered by sun loungers opens onto the two-hectare park with its century-old trees — an oasis of nature and tranquility.

A family paradise in the heart of nature — A truly child-friendly estate

The domain stands out for its prestigious yet profoundly family-friendly atmosphere.
Here, children discover a living, generous nature: a treehouse, zip line, trampoline, slide, adventure course, ping-pong table… everything is designed to fill their days with laughter and exploration.

The property’s real treasure lies in its private animal park spread across several hectares, home to a wide variety of animals — donkeys, llamas, alpacas, horses, yaks, sheep, deer, goats, geese, and ducks.
A true haven for nature lovers, where children and adults alike can connect with the living world in a memorable way.

A privileged location between vineyards and the medieval city

Set on the edge of Carcassonne, the manor enjoys an exceptional setting — surrounded by countryside yet only a short walk from the UNESCO-listed Medieval City. The estate’s vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see, creating a rare and breathtaking backdrop for sunset strolls or unforgettable photo sessions.

This manor house is more than just a holiday home — it’s a complete experience, an immersion in nature and the refined art of southern French living.
Whether you come to celebrate a family occasion, unwind with friends or host a professional retreat, you’ll find the perfect balance between prestige, authenticity and conviviality.

Every detail — from the Carrara marble bathrooms to the warmth of antique furniture, from soft fabrics to the glow of the glass roofs, and the surrounding vineyards — reflects a deep sense of beauty and truth.
