"Veraneo" is a charming and attractive villa. Built in the foothills of the Sierra, it overlooks the neighbouring golf course and enjoys a pleasant sea view on the horizon. Its typically Spanish architecture, characterised by its curved styling and by half-floors areas around the swimming pool further adds to this villa’s charm.

Designed to get the most from the Costa Blanca’s outstandingly mild climate, it features numerous outdoor living spaces including a well-equipped summer kitchen, a shaded patio for your meals, a leisure area taking the form of a hut with a pleasant view, not forgetting the swimming pool in the centre.

Located in a peaceful setting in a wooded residential area near the neighbouring golf course and the village (1,5km away), it offers many possibilities for leisure activities and visits. "Veraneo" can comfortably accommodate two couples and their children.

Important: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this villa's swimming pool is not equipped with a safety system. Spanish legislation imposes no safety requirements for swimming pools and virtually all private pools in Spain are not fitted with safety systems.
