It opens onto a second TV and music room, which in turn opens onto the terrace and garden. This space is adorned with a Moroccan ambiance that perfectly suits this relaxed southern-style villa. 

All four bedrooms are on the same level. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub. The two others bedrooms, a double and a twin, share a bathroom, an ideal layout for a family.

The villa Entre Plage et Village Côte d'Azur lets you experience the Côte d'Azur in both its land and sea dimensions. 

The Maures and Esterel mountains

On the land side, you're in the heart of the Maures mountain, which stretches for sixty kilometres between Hyères and Fréjus, behind the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and, further east, close to the Estérel mountain, which stretches from Saint-Raphaël to Mandelieu in the Alpes-Maritimes. A hiker's paradise, it offers magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The Pont des Fées, close to your rental property, is a 1.3-kilometre loop accessible to all levels, and an instructive walk on the flora and fauna.

The Massif des Maures is also home to many beautiful villages and sites, such as the Chartreuse de la Verne monastery in Collobrières and the village of La Garde-Freinet, some fifteen kilometres.

Even closer is the village of Grimaud and its château, which can be seen in the distance from the villa, or Cogolin or Gassin.

Cogolin lies at the heart of the Côtes de Provence vineyards, so do not hesitate to visit some estates such as the Château Saint-Marc.

Grimaud St Tropez

Before discovering the famous Saint-Tropez, the lakeside town of Port-Grimaud is nicknamed the "Little Venice of Provence". Stroll through the village streets or on the water and admire the colorful facades of the canal-side houses.

Port-Grimaud boasts a lovely sandy beach and a full range of water sports facilities: Ecoski, surfing, paddle, diving, kayaking, sailing...

Saint Tropez Pampelonne 

Just ten kilometres from your rental, Saint-Tropez and its dream beaches, yachts, stars, luxury boutiques, private beaches, beach restaurants... an internationally famous and sought-after myth.

Pampelonne beach has been one of France's best-known beaches since the days of Brigitte Bardot. Seven kilometres long, it hosts bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and standards. 

The Côte d'Azur is home to many prestigious, Michelin-starred chefs, including Arnaud Donckele at La Vague d'Or on the Bouillabaisse beach in Saint-Tropez.
