This beautiful holiday home is overflowing with welcoming seaside charm. It is located 15 kilometres from the towns of Lannion and Perros-Guirec in Brittany, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Emerald Coast. The cottage has been designed to embrace the outdoors; large modern panes in the kitchen let the light flood in and overlook the generous decked area outside. The interior features a sophisticated nautical theme throughout, with strong yet soothing blue and white hues set off by contemporary fittings and a collection of seafaring art and ornaments. Spacious rooms, such as the vast 75m² living and dining area are bright and pleasant with plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy time together while having their own space. A succession of French doors lead out onto the wooden terrace and seating area and a large, gently sloping garden.
The Côtes-d’Armor region on France’s north-west coast is a great place for a holiday, with lots to do and see. Spend lazy days on the nearby beaches of Gouermel, Trestel and Les Dunes or hike through magical scenery along the coastal paths; 50 km of rugged coastline dotted with open spaces, little islands, harbours and coves – the stuff that adventures are made of. The Côtes d'Armor has the strong heritage and culture inherent to Brittany. Some of the historical sights worth visiting include the megalithic stone formations, the 16th-century Notre Dame chapel in Port Blanc, an 18th-century wall built by the illustrious French military engineer Vauban, the island of Saint Gildas – particularly on the day of horse forgiveness ceremony – and the tide mill in Buguélès. Renting a cottage near the coast is the perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy the open waves by scuba diving, windsurfing, hiring a boat, open-water kayaking or going on a mini cruise around the seven islands in the bay.
This villa can comfortably accommodate one family or two to three couples.

"We had a lovely week in Sweet Brittany. The house was perfect for our party of 6 adults and a 16 month old baby (who slept in her own bedroom which had two single beds). The house is very stylish and we loved the interior decoration. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and we were able to eat in the garden on most days which was a great pleasure as this is spacious and very beautiful with lovely plants and trees. The position of the house was very quiet and peaceful and we could see the sea in the distance. It was about a 10 minute walk to the local beach and a larger one with cafe and restaurant could be found a bit further away. We fell in love with this part of the Brittany coast. It is rocky and wild, with large sandy beaches at low tide and easy walking along coastal paths. All the local towns have historic centres with beautiful buildings. We would eagerly return to both this part of Brittany and this house. We discussed with ChicVillas the kind of environment and house we were looking for for our holiday and their advice and guidance enabled us to find what we were looking for. Many thanks for your help in making our choice."
