Live your holiday at the ocean’s rhythm. Nonna, a spacious and comfortable character home, offers a front-row seat to the sea in all its moods. Whether you're breakfasting or dining on the sea-facing terrace in summer, the ocean is always there. Contemplate the ballet of fishing boats that drop their lobster pots and nets to the time of the tides. If the weather freshens, you'll still enjoy the sight of the wild ocean through the picture window whilst comfortably settled by the big fireplace.
You have direct access from the kitchen to the second terrace that overlooks the garden and the grounds with a Gothic porch and prehistoric remains. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads straight onto the coastal path that runs before the house, and a family-friendly beach is just 100m down the road.
With everything you need for a family holiday in France, and within walking distance of cafés and eateries in the village, Nonna is an ode to slow living and the Breton maritime lifestyle.

- Separated kitchen (16m²) and back kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the terrace on the garden side (approx. 30m²).
- Living room, dining room (40m²), large fireplace, picture window overlooking the Audierne Bay. This room gives you direct access to the terrace on the sea side.
- Bedroom 1 (14m²) with sea view, with a 1.6m double bed and en-suite shower room (5m²) with toilet. This bedroom and bathroom are designed for disabled access.

- Bedroom 2 (23m²) with panoramic view of the sea and a 1.6m double bed.
- Bedroom 3 (20m²) with sea view and 2 single beds.

- Separate toilet
All the rooms have a sea view, except the kitchen and the toilets.
Outdoors:
- This manor house comprises two semi-detached propreties, “Nonna” and “Krugen”, set in grounds of 1.24 acres. Each property has its own private access path.
- “Nonna” has an independent parking area on the property, a private garden, one terrace on the garden side and a second terrace on the sea side, and a hot shower for bathers returning from the beach.
- A gate at the bottom of the garden leads onto the coastal path.

July 2025 / One-week stay: A truly unforgettable stay in a breathtaking location We had the most wonderful experience at Villa Nonna. The house is beautifully designed, combining authentic Breton charm with modern comfort. One of the absolute highlights is the large stone fireplace – perfect for cozy evenings – paired with the sweeping panoramic views over the Baie d’Audierne. Truly magical. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. V. welcomed us with fresh crêpes and local cider, and throughout our stay she was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions and offer local tips. Chicvillas team was also responsive and made everything seamless from the booking to the departure. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat, a surfing getaway, or a stylish family holiday by the sea, Villa Nonna is a rare gem on the Brittany coast. We’ll definitely be back – and we’re already recommending it to friends!
