The architecture and the recreation areas laid out as raised terraces make this villa for rent in Spain truly unique. A very private property, it is laid out on two floors which are accessible by lift, and is therefore suitable for persons with reduced mobility. All of the living areas and bedrooms enjoy a panoramic sea view. On the first floor, the lounge and kitchen lead out onto the terrace, which features an infinity-edge pool. At mealtimes, you can choose whether to eat indoors or outdoors on the shaded part of the terrace.

In addition to the swimming pool, the outdoor areas include a large terrace on the roof of the property and also a highly original recreation area, like a natural platform positioned between the sky and the land, looking out to sea. This area includes a summer lounge, a barbecue and the possibility of a Jacuzzi (available as an option).

Located less than 200 m from the coast between Sa Tuna and Tamariu, you can easily reach the beaches and the neighbouring village situated two or three kilometres from the property. Between 40 and 90 minutes away, you can visit the towns of Figueres, Girona and Barcelona, and discover the incredible richness and diversity of Catalonia’s heritage sites.

- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this villa's swimming pool is not equipped with a safety system. Spanish legislation imposes no safety requirements for swimming pools and virtually all private pools in Spain are not fitted with safety systems.

- The lift provides access to every floor with the exception of the rooftop terrace.
- Due to the presence of terraces and railings, this villa is not suitable for young children (<5 years old).
